The Quay Condominium
The Quay (pronounced "KEY") is one of Ocean City's finest oceanfront vacation getaways. Located on 107th Street and Coastal Highway, this 26 floor highrise contains 186 two and three bedroom apartments. All rental units have fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, microwaves and full size ranges and refrigerators. All units are also equipped with washers and dryers, cable TV, and central airconditioning. |

Amenities
The Quay offers an amenity package which virtually guarantees a fun filled vacation. For starters, our building is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach on the East Coast. After a day at the beach we have indoor and outdoor pools, a sun deck, a porch with picnic tables, a tennis court, a game room with pinball machines and pool tables, a ping pong room and a computer room where you can connect to the internet for free and two saunas to relax and melt all your cares away.
Convenience
The Quay offers 24-hour security and an ideal location in walking distance of Ocean City's two premier shopping malls. And for those trips requiring a car, Quay guests and residents benefit from having a traffic light directly in front of our building exit, permitting cars to easily exit in either direction during any traffic condition.
